A quotation becomes an order only after the customer accepts the quotation and completes any required payment or order confirmation process.

We provide delivery services subject to location, product availability, vehicle capacity, road conditions, order size, and other logistical considerations.
Delivery charges may vary depending on:

 → Quantity and weight.
 → Vehicle requirements.
 → Loading and unloading requirements.
 → Road accessibility.
 → Urgency of delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, supplier delays, vehicle breakdowns, public holidays, security situations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Customer Delivery Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, telephone number, delivery location, and access instructions.
The customer should ensure that:
 → Someone authorized is available to receive the order.
 → The delivery location is accessible to the delivery vehicle.
 → Suitable space is available for unloading.
 → Any necessary access permissions have been obtained.
 → Special unloading requirements are communicated before delivery.
Additional charges may apply where delivery requires special equipment, additional labour, repeated delivery attempts, waiting time, or unusual access arrangements.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of delivery.
Any visible shortage, damage, incorrect product, or significant discrepancy should be reported to the delivery representative immediately or to our customer service team as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, customers should provide photographs or other evidence supporting a delivery-related claim.
Acceptance of goods without noting visible damage may affect the ability to make a claim for damage that should reasonably have been identified at delivery.

10. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to product type, condition, supplier policies, and the circumstances of the request.
A return may be considered where:
 → The wrong product was supplied by us.
 → The product was damaged before or during delivery.
 → The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
 → A return has been approved in advance by our team.
Products generally must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging where applicable.

 → A revised delivery date.
 → A refund or cancellation where appropriate.
No substitute product will be supplied where customer approval is required without reasonable confirmation from the customer.
